Live Operations is the link between website business owners and DCTI technical teams (responsible for the whole Apostrophe platform).

Main objective

Helping websites’ owners

Live Operations main objectives are to help websites’ owners to:

  • manage the website maintenance,

  • get the required developments and upgrades done,

  • support countries in the launch of new products and content,

  • keep the site up-to-date and performing at top level.

Web maintenance can consist of several activities

  • Correcting bugs (broken links, tags or functionalities) and any platform incident,

  • Request of an evolution (new page, new section, new functionality…) of the website,

  • Help on how to "author" but also directly author / update websites content (change any ‘authorable’ content i.e. text, video, image) using APOSTROPHE CMS,

  • Any other doubt, question, request that may be addressed.
