TSU Interface

TSU page is divided into 6 parts

  1. Informs us to which local we’ve been connected to

  2. Is our search by vehicle. As on the website we can make a complete and an incomplete search

  3. It's search by size (both, complete and incomplete research are possible)

  4. This section gives us the possibility to search by category, by usage, by season, by family

  5. Section five is where we can find our results

  6. Here we can find all the information about our request and response – exclusions/inclusions information can be found here

Please note: 1. TSU is proposing the CAIs (the articles) and not the products as it is on the website. 2. We have a possibility to choose all the fitments at once.

Sort order

As mentioned above, in the section 5 - "Tyres", the sort order can be found in the marketing priority column. There are three different types of sort order:

  • general sort order

  • seasonal sort order (4W)

  • sort order by usage (MO, B2B).

In case of B2C 4W websites we use two sort orders: the general and the seasonal. Every country can only use one sort order. The seasonal sort order changes according to the seasons (summer and winter).

In case of B2B and B2C MO websites we also have two sort orders, but in this case it's the general one and by usage. The general sort order is applied for all searches (by vehicle, by size, by category, by season, by name and by family) except for the search by usage, which is structured according to the usage sort order.

The general sort order is a part of a product template. In order to change the general sort order, the product template must be updated. Here you can find a procedure how to do so.

For the seasonal and usage sort order, both have to be updated using separate files. The seasonal sort order must be updated using this file and the sort order by usage with this file. A country creates an update request via Jira tool: https://michelingdic.atlassian.net/.
