Data update

This section describes the AG data updates.

AGRI data is being update via Jira ticket, up to 3/4 times per year.

When creating a new ticket remember to choose "DCAD-Data Update" as an Issue Type. This action will automatically assign your ticket to Séverine Ramadour, who will take care of updating the database.

Every ticket must contain 4 files originated from Covered database (in csv or xlsx format):

1. Tires file

2. Tire_rims file

3. Tire_accessories file

4. Tire_pressures file

5. (Optional) Updated Product template if new product was added to the database or certain information needs to be changed. Product Template provides the information about the products' categories and their sort order:

The Lizeo data importer for AGRI project is based on three files originated from Covered database: tires, tire_rims, tire_accessories (the example of all three can be found in here).

The pressure file is being updated directly to the website by our developers, but an automatic update is being developped (https://gitlab-dcadcx.michelin.net/lab/tier-3/-/issues/457).

Please keep in mind that all the file changes will impact the importer. Columns' names, their order as well as files' names should not be changed.

In case of any evolution , please inform the Data team first, providing a sample of a new file.

Important! As Lizeo system is using semicolon ( ; ) as a separator. When using semicolon in order to separate information in the column, please use quotation marks or change semicolon to a coma.
